About The Training

What is TEAC3H?

TEAC3H is a professional learning platform for Educational Assistants supporting elementary-aged children. It combines practical online training with reflection, supervisor feedback, progress tracking, and implementation support.

Who is the training for?

The courses are designed primarily for Educational Assistants. Supervisors, principals, district leaders, and administrators use connected tools to support learners, review progress, and understand participation across their teams.

Accounts And Access

How do I receive an LMS account?

Accounts are created or invited by an authorized training administrator. You will receive an email with instructions to set up your password and access the LMS.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Select “Forgot your password?” on the LMS sign-in page and enter the email connected to your account. Follow the recovery link in the email to choose a new password.

Why can’t I see the same pages as another user?

LMS access is role-based. Educational Assistants, supervisors, district administrators, administrators, and super administrators each see tools appropriate to their responsibilities and assigned organization scope.

Learning Experience

What do learners complete?

Assigned courses may include instructional content, videos, downloadable resources, knowledge checks, goals, reflections, and other practice activities. Progress is saved to the learner’s LMS account.

Can I leave and return to a course later?

Yes. Completed lessons and saved activity remain connected to your account, so you can sign back in and continue your assigned training.

Can a supervisor respond to my work?

Yes. When a goal or reflection uses supervisor feedback, an assigned supervisor can review it and add a note. Learners receive an LMS notification when feedback is available.

Depending on role and scope, dashboards may summarize lesson completion, learner momentum, recent activity, tracked learning time, feedback coverage, growth submissions, certificates, and organization-level participation.

Can reports be downloaded?

Authorized supervisor and administrative reporting pages support downloadable report formats for sharing and further review. Available records remain limited by the viewer’s assigned role and organization scope.
